Loved the hospitality at Rose. Had been there for brunch, this was my first oub experience in the Uk and they made it fabulous. Service was impeccable, hostess was always there to help us and the portion size Loved your Linguine and Onion Rings
Amazing little place, this was our first time, staff were lovely and friendly. We had the chilli beef for starters which I forgot to take a picture of and was absolutely amazing. For mains I had the cottage pie which was outstanding. Drinks were reasonable priced. Would definately recommend for a nice late afternoon, evening meal. 10 out of 10
Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. I'm going to pick the nit right now and say a poached egg should ALWAYS be runny, but here we weren't talking chalky and solid so I'm going to let it slide this one time because honestly, that aside, best breakfast I've had out in years. And at an absurdly affordable price, too. The main menu looked superb too and the specials board had me wanting to try every single one. Never been before. Will be going again. And again. And again.
Before Christmas we were a walk in and had a wheelchair user with us. We were warmly welcomed and the service was excellent. Amazing food, good atmosphere, beautiful interior and our waitress Linda was so very kind. Will be coming back here often.
Went on Easter Sunday, called in advance, 2 children, 2 adults & a baby, was put in the marquee, which has Own sections, lovely and quiet.. Food was amazing as ever,
What a gem of a pub / restaurant, the staff are so friendly, the restaurant area is beautiful with a great atmosphere and the food is delicious. We were here for a lovely three course Christmas dinner just a few days before Christmas and it was definitely the best pub Xmas dinner we have had this year. Thank you.
Very nice, cosy and surprisingly sheltered and warm even on a very windy evening. I absolutely love the setout, very Covid Safe. Food options are good too and the drinks don't let you down either. Altogether a very nice experience and I will definitely book to go back. Had to pay a small deposit to hold the table for us, and I guess that gets taken away if you don't show up or cancel your booking. Food was very delicious. Very happy!
